The main goal of this stage is to develop the basic competences specific to each learning environment. Our student must use the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to solve situations effectively and satisfactorily. The teacher offers guidance in this process to provide the student with the necessary resources so that the kid is the real protagonist.

Learning foreign languages

English is our School‘s first choice as a foreign language.

The project encompasses:

  • Teachers specialized in foreign languages.
  • Native conversation teachers.
  • Vehicular language in the areas of Natural Science and Arts & Craft. School trips in English language lasting several days and given by native instructors.
  • English week (with native teachers).

The French language is introduced from 5th Primary school on.

Educational Style

We offer a series of actions and services focused on achieving these objectives:

  • Working languages: Spanish, Catalan and English in the same proportion in curricular areas.
  • Close relationship with the family through tutors and the Guidance Department.
  • Rigorous and fun learning of Mathematics with the EMAT project based on multiple intelligences.
  • Learning of information and communication technologies integrated into curricular areas.
  • Shared tablet from 1st to 4th Primary and own tablet in 5th and 6th Primary.
  • Interactive digital white board in all classrooms.
  • Reduced groups in the instrumental areas of the Upper Cycle.
  • Reinforcement and support teachers.
  • Religion focused on the acquisition of a solidary, civic and respectful profile.
  • Methodology based on projects in the area of Social Environment.
  • Interdisciplinary project within the cultural week.
  • Swimming in the area of Physical Education, with its own swimming pool facility at school.
  • After school activities: sports school, basketball, handball, judo, rhythmic gymnastics, chess, drama, emotional education and robotics.
