KINDERGARTEN (0 to 3 years old)


In kindergarten we aim to contribute to the whole development of children: emotional and affective, physical and motor, social and cognitive; and we carry out this task in close collaboration with families.
To do this, we always work taking all different moments of daily life into account.

We benefit from any activity or moment of the day as educational time; this will give the child the opportunity to acquire new skills and abilities.


Schedule

From Monday to Friday:
from 9.00 to 12.00 or from 09.00 to 17.00.

Childcare services (P2):
from 8.00 to 9.00 and from 17.00 to 18.00 (in English).

Key Goals

  • Begin work on acquiring habits of hygiene, food, order, clothing, rest and coexistence that will be developed throughout the stage.
  • Encourage life in common and ensure respect for the individual pace; therefore, establish personal and collective relationships with an orderly, calm, free, dynamic pace.
  • Promote activities of discovery, manipulation, construction, movement, representation, communication and coexistence.
  • Foster a fluid relationship between family and school from different communication routes.
  • Give special importance to the diversity of children and the early detection of possible educational needs and intervention in developmental difficulties as soon as they are detected.
  • Encourage the child to achieve affective and emotional security.

Methodology

  • Heuristic play (it stimulates discovery and experimentation).
  • Treasure chest.
  • Play corners: kitchenette, dolls, stories, trades, costumes…
  • Workshops: cardboard, painting, sand, cooking…
  • Experimentation with different natural materials.
  • Daily psychomotor session.
  • Working to get a good comprehension and oral expression in a multilingual way.
  • Introduction to the English language.
